It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vester Ann Harwell Weaver (Paris, Kentucky), who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Harwell Sr. and Pearlie Mae Dale. He is survived by : his brother Frank Harwell Jr.; his children, Charles Harwell (Sharon), Chanda Harwell, Carl Lee Weaver and Pamela Thames (Fleming); his grandchildren, Diamond Rice, Nyca Scott, Victor Rawls, Victoria Rawls, Tyler Burge and Olivia Burge; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Taylor, Amiyah Taylor, Zuri Scott and Makani Taylor.
