He was predeceased by : his parents, Volney W. Volney and Carolyn Ray Ferguson Jr. Volney. He is survived by : his wife Geneva Buckler Ferguson; his children, Linda McCoy (Bill), Larry Marcum (Anita), Stanley Marcum (Sue) and William Ferguson (Brandie); and his brother William Hume Ferguson (Joan). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and nine great, great grandchildren.
