She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Markland and Frances Erlanson Markland; her husband Kenneth Hayes Jones; her siblings, Peggy Burris, Mary Faye Ritchie, Gail Hedges, Janice Martin, Larry Markland, Eddie Markland and Marvin "Pinky" Markland; and her nephew Michael Wayne Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Jones Traylor (Ronnie) of North Middletown and Kenneth Hayes Jones, Jr. (Shelly) of North Middletown; her grandsons, Austin Jones (Victoria) and Logan Traylor (Chelzie); her great grandchildren, Brentley, Eli, Karter and Kyler; and her sister Betty Martin of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
