He was predeceased by: his brother Peter Neal Barr. He is survived by: his wife Frances Faison Isaacs Barr of Paris; his daughter Emma Caroline Barr; his stepdaughter Samantha Whitehead; and his brother Cary Barr (Robert Hanson Barr). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
