He is survived by: his wife Virginia Coffman Case; his daughter Kim Ishmael (Jim); his granddaughters, Jennifer McMillan (Clay) and Katherine Bolin (Levi); and his great grandchildren, Henry McMillan, Elizabeth McMillan, Charlie McMillan, Everett Bolin and Wyatt Bolin.
