He was predeceased by: his son Steven Holzhause; his grandson Timothy Micaiah Holzhause; his great grandchild Edie Claire Owens; his parents, Ezra J. Holzhause and Edith Bommer Holzhause; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Evelyn Fightmaster.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Fightmaster Holzhause; his children, Jeff Holzhause (Julie) and Kim Roe (Eddie); his daughter-in-law Leslie Holzhause; and his grandchildren, Nick Holzhause (Mary), Brittany Humphries (Luke), Amanda Owens (Anthony), Landon Roe (Blake Shepherd), Wyatt Holzhause (Tara), Ezra Holzhause and Priscilla Holzhause. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
