He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Wagoner and Elizabeth Dean Prather Marshall; his son William Earl Wagoner, Jr.; and his grandson Brian Wagoner. He is survived by: his daughters, Lessia Wagoner of Winchester, KY and Melissa Wagoner of Bourbon County, KY; his sister Christy Wagoner Stacy of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Hannah Wagoner, Shyann Fredrick, Cricket Wagoner, Elizabeth Wagoner, Emily Wagoner, Justin Wagoner, Katelyn Stephens and Madison Hedge. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
