He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gilkey and Maryfelix Swinford Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Hamrick Waugh of Paris; his children, Robbie Waugh (Elizabeth) and Wendy Waugh (Matt Eichman); and his grandchildren, Carson Waugh and Logan Waugh.

The family suggests memorial donations to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 1317 US-62, Cynthiana, KY 41031.
