He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Clark and Oakley Parker Clark; his siblings, Norma Jean Mattox and James Sherman Clark; and his wife Patricia Ann Clark (Pat).

He is survived by: his sister Brenda Fletcher (Conner); his sister-in-law Nita Kay Ross; his niece Kathy Barnes (Barry); his nephews, Norman Clark and Roy Lee Clark (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Mary, Daryl Bauer, Joe Barry Barnes, Jessica Merideth (Josh), Tyler Clark (Holli), Matthew Crump (Lauren), Cameron Lee Clark and Carlee Ann Clark. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.
