He is survived by: his father Buster Witty; his wife Leigh Mercer Witty; his son Brandon David Witty of Merry Oaks; his sister Karen Sue Witty Head of Louisville; his mother-in-law Glenna Mercer; his siblings-in-law, Eric Mercer (Tatiana) and Karen Witty; and his nieces and nephews, Isabella, Camilla Mercer, Parker Head, Logan, Andrew and Alex Witty.
