He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Coates and Lottie Nash Coates. He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Anitra Nussbaum (Joseph) of Woodstock, Georgia; his siblings, Donald Coates (Kathy) of Park City and Francis Ashley; and his pets, Cave, Mary Cutliff of Shelbyville, Linda Draper of Huntsville and Patricia Tomes (Stephen) of Park City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many friends.
In keeping with Ronald's caring heart, memorial contributions may be made to the local Salvation Army to assist those in need.
