He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Page and Elizabeth Page; and his brother Harry Page. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Clark Page; his children, Chantel Page of Cave City, Andrea Page of Park City and Carla Hernandez of Morgantown; his siblings, Judie Page, Roy Page (Amanda), Ray Page (Margret) and Audrey Sanders; and his sisters-in-law, Delorse Thurman (Tony), Norma Johnson (Jeff), Michelle Sackett (Jon) and Melissa Johnson (Daniel). He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
