He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Higginbotham and Alma Higginbotham (Ridner); his wife Teresa Higginbotham (Smith); and his brother Jamie Higginbotham. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Higginbotham (Cindy) of Parkers Lake, Janice Perry (Randell) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky and Brenda Swain (JR) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren.
