He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Patrick (Selvidge) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; his daughters, Natasha Perry (Doyle) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Nicole Ridner (Matthew) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky and Mindy Patrick (Lane) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; his siblings, Vestle Patrick of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Myrtle Coffey of Somerset and Lana Martin of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Wyatt Perry, Cheyenna Perry, Devon Ridner, Lauren Ridner, Jordyn Ridner, Alissa Ridner and Tristan Ridner; his adoptive daughter Amanda Morrow; and his grandchildren, Brian, Lexie, Abby, Thomas, Maddie, Tackett and Keegan.
