He is survived by: his mother Ula Rodgers Tinsley (Buddy); his sons, TJ Belcher, Justin Belcher and Craig Belcher; his girlfriend Judy Hampton; and his siblings, Timmy Belcher (Kim) and Trinna Leatherbury (Jeff Luckey). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
