He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Soltess and Helen Palko Soltess; and his siblings, Thomas Soltess and Diane Ball. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Pennington Soltess of Partridge; his daughter Kerrie Nichole Poff (Nick) of Cumberland; his sisters, Cathy Sweazey (Dan) of North Carolina, Mary Kay Stallard (Doug) of Knoxville, TN and Joanne Monhollen of Knoxville, TN; and his granddaughters, Dessaray and Brianna Poff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
