It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candace Agate of Pembroke, Kentucky, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Candace's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Candace's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Carol Scillian King. She is survived by: her husband David Agate of Pembroke; her children, Gavin Stevenson of Hopkinsville, Jackson Agate of Pembroke, Cady Hinton (Jacob) of Hopkinsville, Cassidy Coleman (Kendall) of Hopkinsville, Kenady Stevenson of Hopkinsville and Ava Agate of Pembroke; and her brother Steven Futrell of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home (700 Country Club Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
