He is survived by: his wife Rosa Marie Dowlen-Welch; his daughters, Melissa Mosley (James) and Cowanna Marie Welch; his siblings, Ferlescia Morris, Bertha Smith, James Welch, Keith Welch and Terry Welch; and his grandchildren, Oceaonna Welch, Donyea Welch, Marquavis Welch (Brittany), Dontret Quarles, Dantaveyah Quarles, Deion Welch and Dontavion Welch. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
