We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Marie Gardner Mitchell of Pembroke, Kentucky, born in Pontiac, Michigan. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Marie Gardner Mitchell to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvin Gardner and Alta Berry Gardner; her husband Willard Brooks Mitchell; and her sister Shirley Radford. She is survived by : her daughters, Karen Mitchell Pyle of Pembroke and Charlotte M. Hendricks of Pembroke; and her grandson Kevin Hendricks (Nicole) of Texas. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rosedale Cemetery. A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Bethel Baptist Church in Fairview or Max's Hope.
