He is survived by: his children, Amaya Richardson, Azaria Richardson and Caleb Richardson; his father Wilmer Small Jr.; and his aunts, Dianna Richardson, Audrey Hollowell and Peggy Coleman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Bethlehem Baptist Church (198 N Main St, Pembroke, KY 42266). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
