He is survived by : his wife Lisa Fugate Bond of Pembroke; and his children, James Michael Bond of Pembroke, Sara Barnett (Johnny) of Hopkinsville and Katherine Cook (Ronnie) of Clarksville. He is also survived by his sister, Cheryl Lake; and four grandchildren.
