She is survived by: her son Darrell Gregory Phillips (Floretta); her siblings, Melvin Varney, Faye Stiltner and Darrell Ray Varney of Kimper, KY; her stepchildren, Alan Phillips (Roma) of Pikeville, KY and Rhinda Ward of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Angela Anderson (Duane), Karen Goff (Steven), Crystal Shay (Thomas), Sydney Randall (J. R.) and Caleb Phillips.
