He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ramsey (Payton) of Pendleton; his daughters, Crystal Ramsey (Gene Wells) of Campbellsburg, Melissa Ramsey of Pendleton and Chantel Ramsey (Rodney White) of Pendleton; his sister Carolyn Colbert (Ramsey) of Fredericksburg, IN.; and his granddaughters, Brooklyn and Kynleigh Wells.
Interment: Bedford Cemetery, Memorial Contributions: American Cancer Society.
