He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Sullivan and Mary Lou Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Susan Laura Sullivan; his children, Matthew Sullivan and Kyle Malone; his siblings, Timothy Ray Sullivan (Tina) and Teresa Ann Cox (Terry); his nephews, Timothy Nolan Sullivan (Laura), Daniel James Sullivan (Amy) and Christopher William Sullivan; his parents-in-law, Martha and Mike Bilyk; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Davidson (Tom) and Danny Tomes (Melisa).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (2100 Fort Pickens Rd, La Grange, KY 40031). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
