She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Walker; her husband Joey Jacobs; and her children, Willie Jacobs (Taylor), Justin Jacobs, James Childers, Zach Jacobs (Jessica), KayeLynn Burkhart (Allen) and Lacey Anness (Austin). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 6 sisters, and 1 brother.
