He is survived by: his children, Susan Alvey (Rick) and Butch Crain (Dana); his grandchildren, Heather Lockhart (Brian), Jonathon Perkins, Jacob Crain and Eric Pollard (Alison); and his great grandchildren, Mason, Alex, Andrew Lockhart and Zachary Perkins.
