He was predeceased by: his father Mac Cantrell. He is survived by: his mother Ann Hope Russell Cantrell; and his cousin Norma J. Glasscock.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (416 W 2nd St, Perryville, KY 40468).
