Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Beverly Ann Fields of Petersburg, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 70, on April 25, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dell Worley and Margaret Worley (Neal); her granddaughter Autumn Fields; and her sisters, Sharon Morris and Alice Strattus.

She is survived by: her children, Rachel Ramler (David), Shelby Fields (Gillian) and Robert Fields (Amy); her siblings, Trudy Eads (Loren), Diana Worley and Wayne Worley (Linda); her grandchildren, Emmalee Fields, Nicole Ramler, Becky Fields and Eli Fields; and her great grandchild Abel Fields. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
