She is survived by: her children, Shirley Simons and Michael Schmitt (Monique); her grandchildren, Joellen Simons-Habich (Jason), Dana Nettleton (Carl), Bryce Schmitt and Zack Schmitt (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Will Simons, Braden, Hanna Habich and LeAnn Nettleton.
