He was predeceased by: his parents, Shorty Casey and Sadie Casey (Kender); and his brother Ronald Lee Casey. He is survived by: his wife Janice Casey; his daughters, Patricia Ann Ketron (Keith) and Heather Renea Webb (Matthew); and his sister Dixie Ann Smith (Jerry).
