Va, Allen Honaker (Kathy) of Meta, KY, Bonnie Casey of Phelps, KY, Linda Smith (Turner) of Somerset, KY, Willa Wolford (Kenneth) of Phelps, KY and Kay Casebolt (Mike) of Shelbiana, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
