It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Davy Eugene Pruitt of Phelps, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Eugene Pruitt and Sadie Mae "Slone" Pruitt of Phelps, KY.; his pets, Humphrey and Gator; his daughters, Megan (Tyler) and Wolford of Georgetown, KY; his sister Jeannie Sargent of Phelps, KY; his nephew Josh Sargent (Alyssa) of Phelps, KY; his nieces, Alyssa Sargent (BJ Hamilton) of Majestic, KY and Sarah Sargent of Phelps, KY; and his great-niece Layla Sargent.
