She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Blankenship and Lilly Sanson; her husband Jimmy Bentley; her children, Sherry Hurley, Judy Bishop, Sophie Justice and Benny Hurley; her siblings, Beatrice Daugherty, Lona May Aslinger, Charlie Blankenship and Carl Blankenship; her nephew Bobby Daugherty; her son-in-law Barry Coleman; and her close friend Macie Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Hurley (Jonnie) of Kimper, KY, Lenore Hurley of Phelps, KY and Patsy Coleman of Phelps, KY; her grandchildren, Matthew, Shandi, Ricky Paul, Stephen, Charley, Justin, Shane, Donathon, Breanna, Danielle, Megan, Gena, Benjamin, Ethan and Jacob; her daughter-in-law Pamela Hurley; and her great grandchild Kylee Justice. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and other extended family.
