She was predeceased by: her parents, Orison Woodrow and Ollie May Smith; her brothers, Ronnie Dale Smith and Rodney Neal Smith; and her granddaughter LaWanda G Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Harold Smith of Canada, KY; her children, Kenneth Rodney Smith (Sonja) of Forest Hills, KY and Lisa Lynn Ball (Chris) of Rogersville, TN; her siblings, Sandra Blackburn of Sidney, KY, Judith Smith (Billy) of Huddy, KY, Jennifer Varney (Jack) of Pinsonfork, KY. and Jeffery Smith (Verna) of Pinsonfork, KY.; her grandchildren, Autumn Gail Justice (Garrett) of Forest Hills, KY and John Tyler Ball of Rogersville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Cash, Shiloh and Walker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
