He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Collins of Bluff City, TN and Jacinda Fuller of Phelps, KY; his siblings, Mike Whitt (Jennifer) of Phelps, KY, Frank Sanson (Betty) of Ohio and Debbie Wright of Phelps, KY; his grandchildren, Briana Collins, Amelia Mullins (Dawson), Landon Lester and Brayden Ray; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Mullins, Kolby Mullins, Iris Mullins and Wesley Parker Collins.
