He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Casey of Phelps, Kentucky; his daughters, Valerie Stump (Derrick) of Stamping Ground and Jessica Stump (Matt) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his sisters, Georgia Ann Stevenson of Phelps, Kentucky and Wanda Casey of Phelps, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Paul Michael Brizendine (Nora) and Donna Smith; his grandchildren, Christian Hurley, Addison Senters and Joseph Stump; and his siblings' children, Pamela Stevenson (Bobby Burge), Marcus Stevenson (Conzetta), Alan Stevenson, Chris Wiles (Donna), Amy Hunt (Jared), David Smith (April), Kelli Kendall (Benji), Jamie Rayburn (Mark), Mikey Brizendine (Tammy), Brandon Brizendine (Destiny), Karagan Brizendine, Jerrica Franklin and Amber Brizendine. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
