Smith Jr. and Linda Blackburn (Paul); her great grandchildren, Joseph Smith (Blair), Wendi Smith, Jordan Stump, Taylor Smith (Chelsea), Austin Varney, Logan Blackburn, Tayen Smith, Caiden Varney, Arionna Browning, Selena Smith, Taisley White, Koa Mack Smith, Kye Creed Smith, Harper Smith, Kierstyn Hillard, Jaxson Hillard, Bryan Keith Varney, Bevan Douglas Varney Jr., Karsyn, Paxton and Carter Varney; and her caregiver Judy Hatfield. She is also survived by loving nieces, cousins, and many dear friends.
