With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Darlene Wagner of Phelps, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Estepp and Dorothy Estepp (Allen); and her siblings, Jimmy Estepp, Dennis Keith Estepp, Betty Grimmett and Lurlie.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Dotson of Phelps, KY and John Wagner (Shaunna) of Phelps, KY; her brother Ike Estepp (W. Va) of Matewan; her grandchildren, Johnathan Wagner, Ashley Phoenix (Karah) and Kayci Berry (Gabe); and her great grandchildren, Sadie Coleman, Jocelyn Wolford and Aelin Berry.
