He was predeceased by : his father Albert "Al" McGary. He is survived by : his wife Tracy McGary; his children, Bryson McGary and Ashlyn McGary; his siblings, Kenneth McGary of Owensboro, David McGary (Yvonne) of Philpot and Cheryl McGary Cobb (Jared) of Nashville; and his nieces and nephews, Scarlett Cobb, Vivian Cobb, Austin McGary, Kenneth "Andy" McGary and Graham Cobb.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 21741.
