He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lee "Buddy" Gordon, Sr. and Martha Jo Gordon; his brother Ronnie Gordon; and his nephew Michael Gordon. He is survived by: his son Scott Gordon (Emily) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Byron Gordon (Kaylee) of Owensboro and Julia McKay (Brandon) of Owensboro; and his siblings, Debbie Harreld (Arthur) of Owensboro, Bobby Gordon (Patsy) of Maceo and Bruce Gordon of Utica.
