She was predeceased by: her parents, Oba Onstott and Minnie Mae Cook Onstott; and her husband Philip "Dale" Chapman. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Chapman; her brother Larry Onstott; her niece Kimberly Underhill; and her nephew Larry J. Onstott.
