We announce the death of Sherry Michelle Lewis-Durbin of Philpot, Kentucky, who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 59. Sherry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Louis Xavier Durbin; her grandparents, Wilbert, Mary Ambs Durbin, Leslie and Sue Tyler Edington; and her aunts and uncles, Peggy Janett Ratliff, Betty Sue Raymer, Joesph, Thomas, Pat, John and Richard Durbin.
She is survived by: her mother Peggy Campbell; her children, Candice Lynet Durbin and Jonathon Lee Durbin; her siblings, James Louis Durbin (Beth), Tony Bell, Paul Stephen Durbin (Sheila), Louis Xavier Durbin II and Kathy Campbell; her grandchildren, Alera Lynet Bowman and Bryson Konnor Bowman; and her great grandchild Emilia Lynet Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
