Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
