As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Cletis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Webb and Ersie Webb; and his siblings, Donnie, Clifford, Brenda Webb and Teresa Webb.
He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Webb Moore (Matt); his grandchildren, Dylan Moore (Dasha) and Emilea Moore; his sisters, Birdie Webb Scott and Jeanette Webb Hunt; and his aunt Lillian Webb Debassige.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ (19267 Grapevine Rd, Phyllis, KY 41554). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
