He is survived by : his father Harrison Murphy; his wife Gail; his sons, Chris Murphy (Bertinia) of West Liberty, Kevin Thacker (Bridget) of Elkhorn City and Mark Murphy (Nicole) of West Liberty; his siblings, Leo Murphy (Jan) of Mouthcard, Audie Murphy (Chrissie) of Phyllis and Shirley Elliott of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Austin, Kaleigh Murphy, Lily and Nick Thacker.
