She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy W. Hensley and Gladys Hensley (Anderson); her son Gary Justin Chapman; and her sister Sharon Hensley. She is survived by : her husband Gary Chapman of Kimper, KY; her children, Johnathon Michael Chapman of Kimper, KY and Tabitha Dawn Chapman of Kimper, KY; her sister Lora Thacker of Salyersville, KY; and her granddaughters, Jasmine Chapman and Maggie Chapman.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ (19267 Grapevine Rd, Phyllis, KY 41554). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
