He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Voy Reynolds Tipton; his sons, George Dean Tipton (Heather) and Mark Allen Tipton; his siblings, Joyce Kinder (Steve), Tommy Tipton (Teresa) and Melissa Lemire; his grandchildren, Koral (Quinton Turner), Lilliya, Dakota and Aiden Tipton; his great grandchildren, Brielle and Genesis; his mother-in-law Juanita Light; his aunts, Lorrine Hampton and Janet Mays; and his close friends, Phil and Janice Ogden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
