He is survived by: his son Richard Allen "Rick" Justice of Phyllis, KY; his stepson Aaron Anderson (Laci) of Georgetown, KY; his grandchildren, Zachary Allen Justice of Missouri and Kyle Owen Justice of Missouri; his close friend Sharon Hunt; and his siblings, James Justice (Rita) of Phyllis, KY, Stevie Justice (Anita) of Phyllis, KY, Charlene Fuller of Phyllis, KY and Jeanine Hamilton (Ron) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
