He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bevins and Tasha Slone Bevins; his sister Kara Bevins; and his grandparents, Frank, Gail Slone of Kimper, KY and Cathy Smith of Sidney, KY. He is also survived by 4 aunts and uncles; and 9 very special cousins.
