He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Hunt (Jordan) and Chaz Kulik (Tresa); his grandchildren, Leah Hunt, Jeremiah Kulik and Jacob Kulik; his siblings, Shane Kulik (Cindy) and Ashley Grodrian (Richard); and his close friend Timmy Smith. He is also survived by his family and grandchildren.
